We are experiencing extended processing times due to high volumes, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for processing times.  Orders placed on Friday-Sunday will be processed starting the next business day.  You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships.   Current shipping time frames are 5-7 business days via UPS ground shipping.  For any inquiries, please contact us.

 

International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees.  Regulations for import duties and taxes vary from country to country.  MIKAI KRISTELL will not be liable for these costs.  Any fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery.  If duties, taxes, and fees are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.

 

UPS Domestic/International Delivery Updates

Delay in Service Guarantee Effective October 1, 2020:  Domestic UPS, and our international service estimated delivery windows are now being affected.  Sadly, we cannot control shipping carrier delays.  Tracking updates may take an additional 5-7 business days to update.  Please be aware before placing an order.  We try our best to ensure your order will be delivered in a timely manner.  Delays are possible during holiday season.  Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers.  On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

 

Items purchased on pre-order are subject to delivery between 1-2 weeks of the estimated shipping date that is provided in the item description at time of purchase.  Estimated shipment dates included in the description of items are subject to change.  Having a pre-order item amongst other items in your order will hold back the delivery of your entire order.  Please email mikaikristell@mikaikristell.com if you would like to arrange a split of the item.  

 

Standard shipping on domestic items is 7-10 business days from order date.  This includes our 5-7 business days for processing and 2-3 business days for delivery.  Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.  Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email automatically.  To track your order, please use the tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped.  If your tracking number does not work, please visit www.ups.com to manually input your tracking number. 

 

MIKAI KRISTELL is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Customer(s) assume all responsibility once a confirmation number is issued.  Please check that you input the correct information for shipping purposes.  Shipping addresses cannot be updated once tracking has been assigned.
